Embedded Machine Learning for Automated Driving MeetUp

You will be introduced to the industry perspective of sensor based automotive perception in context of autonomous driving systems. The presentation will put a particular focus on Valeo’s Lidar sensor ScaLa and sketch out its current advantages and weak points. The possible enhancements which could be introduced by machine learning solutions to the complex challenges encountered by automotive Lidar as well as its specific requirements concerning real time applicability will be discussed.
